Phil Catania
Owner
Phil is the managing director of Palatial Homes and has over 37 years of experience in the building industry. With expertise as a licensed carpenter, joiner and qualified building supervisor (certificate 4), Phil is involved in every aspect of the company including all day-to-day operations.

Phil is married to Mel and enjoys spending time with his wife and children, fishing, cooking and entertaining.

Reece Van Middeldyk
Project Manager
Reece is a project manager bringing over 25 years of building experience to Palatial. Being a qualified carpenter and joiner, Reece leads the Palatial team with confidence and a hands-on experience. Reece coordinates multiple trades across our job sites on a daily basis.

Reece has a young family and enjoys running and competing in marathons.

Shane Parry
Project Manager
Shane is a project manager with over 33 years experience. His responsibilities include programming across multiple sites, subcontractor co-ordination and overseeing of the day to day running of a project.
A qualified carpenter, site supervisor and project manager; Shane delivers a hands-on experience, producing high quality results for all our clients.
Shane is an avid cyclist, enjoys time with his family and having a laugh.

Adam Van Middeldyk
Carpenter
Adam is a qualified carpenter and joiner with a Certificate 3 in General Construction Carpentry. He is also a qualified supervisor and heavy machinery operator. Adam is a valued member of the team bringing years of experience in the building industry.
Adam’s interests include camping, fishing and riding dirt bikes with his kids.
Reynor Jones
Carpenter
Reynor is a qualified carpenter. He is also studying for his Cert IV builder's license.
After studying accounting and completing his degree, Reynor decided to pursue his passion for a new career in construction with Palatial.
Reynor’s interests include playing and watching sport, as well as cars.
Josh Catania
Carpenter
Josh is a qualified carpenter. He is also studying for his Cert IV builder's license.
Josh’s interests are playing golf, cars and spending time with friends.
Yianni Paras
Apprentice
Yianni is a 3rd year Carpentry Apprentice.
Yianni enjoys playing sports with his friends, supporting his NRL team and watching the NBA.
Liam Stewart
Apprentice
Liam is a 1st year Carpentry Apprentice.
Liam enjoys watching and supporting his AFL team, spending time with friends and travelling.
Mel Catania
Office Admin
Mel is our office manager, compiling all contracts and taking care of office administration.
Mel’s interests include jazzercize, going to live shows and the horse races, as well as cooking and entertaining for family and friends.
Angela Burgess
Accounts Manager
Angela is our accounts manager and is a fully qualified book keeper and accountant with 18 years experience in the field. She has just completed studying a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.
Angela enjoys swimming, spending time with her family, watching sports games and reading a good book.
